The family of Jeep owners
Consumerism drives America's economy. Our lives are filled with mass-produced items made by familiar brand names. And while the vast majority of these brands are recognizable, very few rise to the level of brand loyalty to which folks would willingly choose to place a bumper sticker of the brand on their vehicle. Or, as a level of even deeper brand commitment, a tattoo of the brand on one's arm.
You probably know the kinds of brands I'm talking about. Apple, Harley Davidson, Nike, Subaru, etc. An easy way to determine if a brand is at the top-level of brand loyalty, just look and see if people are wearing hoodies with the brand's logo. If so, then it is!
One of the cool things about Jeep is that it is also one of those quintessential American brands that rises to the top of the loyalty category, much like Harley Davidson does.
To be a Jeep owner is to be a part of a Jeep family. When people own a Jeep, they try very hard to keep their Jeep for as long as possible. Discarding of a Jeep for the sake of upgrading to another non-Jeep vehicle is not typically in the cards for a loyal Jeep owner.
When you're part of the Jeep family you wave to fellow Jeep owners as you pass by on a country road. When you're part of the Jeep family, there's an "understanding" that you are among the cool class of citizens, even though you would never openly admit it. 🙂
Take pride in your Jeep ownership, and do so by keeping your Jeep well-maintained, washed, and in tip-top shape. Drive your Jeep with pride, and by all means, be a courteous and safe driver. People judge people on many factors, not the least of which is the choice of vehicle they drive. Thankfully, Jeep owners are judged quite favorably by others.
Let's keep it that way.
